Construction Client Representation

We represent clients in the construction and renovation of prime residential property in London.

For many, the opportunity to construct a new-build, or renovate an existing prime residential property is the realisation of a lifetime of wealth accumulation and planning.

As experienced client representatives, we work with private clients to minimise the attendant risks, avoid the pitfalls and support clients in appointing suitable project management teams, cost consultants, contractors and sub-contractors so that their desired outcomes can be achieved.

Construction Contract Administration

We act as contract administrators under JCT or bespoke contracts, managing the valuation process, issuing payment certificates and handing the administrative elements and ensuring the fair application of all terms of JCT and other construction contracts in a consistent and transparent fashion.

Project Management

For smaller projects, including audio-visual renovations, swimming pool installations, landscaping and interior design projects, we act as project managers to ensure that the clients’ requirements are met on time, on budget and to the agreed specifications and finishes.

On larger projects, we work with the country’s leading project management and cost consulting teams, representing the clients’ interests at design team meetings, site meetings and scrutinising tender documents, contracts and professional appointments.
